I’ve had a good experience with the app and website overall. Most days it loads up without any trouble, and I can check events and points easily. There were a couple times it felt a little slow, but nothing that ruined my day. I usually just check it while I’m waiting for coffee or pretending to be productive, so a few extra seconds didn’t bother me much.

I’ve been using it for a while, and the rewards are just okay. The earnings are small, and it kind of feels unfair for the amount of time you put in. I don’t expect to get rich from it, but it would be nice if the payout felt a little more reasonable.

I really wanted to like OhmConnect, but the site was kind of confusing for me. It took a while just to find basic things, and a few parts didn’t load right either. The idea seems good, I just wish it was easier to figure out

I’ve been using OhmConnect for a while now, and overall the payouts have been reliable. I’ll admit, sometimes I get a little impatient because it can take longer than I’d like, and that part is kind of annoying. But in my experience, the money has always come through eventually. It’s not perfect, but since the payouts are the main thing I care about, I’m still happy with it.

It does save me a little money, so I’ll give it that, but it’s not as much as I expected. If the savings don’t get better, I’ll probably start looking at other options.

It looked cool, but unfortunately my electric company isn’t supported, so I couldn’t really use it lol. I just wish that was made clearer earlier on. Kind of ended up being a waste of time for me.

I signed up on ohmconnect.com and it was straightforward for the most part. The steps were clear, and connecting my utility account didn’t take too long. I did have to go back and check a couple things because one of the pages threw me off a bit, though I might’ve just missed something. Anyway, it ended up working fine and I haven’t run into any major issues so far

I like the idea behind OhmConnect, and to be fair, the service itself is interesting. But the support side has been frustrating. I reached out about an issue with my rewards and didn’t hear anything back for several days. When they finally responded, it felt a little generic and didn’t really solve the problem, so I had to follow up again. It’s not the worst customer service I’ve dealt with, but when you actually need help, waiting around like that gets old fast.

I’ve been using ohmconnect mostly with my smart thermostat and a couple of plugs, and getting it all set up was basically okay. It wasn’t super complicated, but I did have to mess with it a few times before everything showed up the way it was supposed to in the app, or at least close enough.

When it’s working, it’s nice because I can mostly just leave it alone and not think about it. But every now and then one of the devices seems to disappear or doesn’t respond during one of those things, which gets a little annoying. Overall it’s not bad, just kind of feels like it works great some days and is a bit random other times.

I like that the event reminders give me a heads-up early, so I’m not scrambling last minute. It’s simple, but it genuinely helps me stay on top of things. Definitely worth using if you tend to forget stuff.
